Salam, My question is regarding the permission of the Virgin girl’s father in Mut’ah.
i would like to understand the reason for the difference of opinion between sayyid sistani and sayyid Khoei on this matter. From my understanding sayyid sistani gives a definite fatwa that the permission of the virgin girl’s father is required, however, sayyid khoei only goes as far as saying it is based on obligatory precaution. I would like to ask what is the reasoning of each jurist for their conclusion?
