Salam,
– I would like to know how can we exactly define a woman \”known for fornicating\” ? For instance, does a girl who offer prostitution on some websites fall into this category ?
– Also, does a man who want to engage mutah with such a girl (whether she has repented or not) needs her guardian\’s permission ? Assuming that, even though a lot of people may know about her activities, maybe or probably her guardian don\’t ?

Salamun Alaikum! Hope you are doing well. We are sorry for replying you late.
It is not allowed to have Mut’ah with prostitute women.
If that woman is a divorced one then she does not need to have permission from her father or guardian for doing Mutta’ah
