Istiftaa regarding travelling under shade while wearing Ihraam clothing
Most respectfully i state, that nowadays it is practically impossible for any person to travel wearing Ihraam clothing, for Umrah or Hajj,in a moving vehicle without roof.
That is absolutely impossible.
Whether one travels by bus, car, taxi, bullet train or aeroplane whatsoever he is compelled to travel under roof.
So in current scenario what will be the Shariah Fiqhi ruling for a traveller?
Since Holy Imams علیھم السلام forbade to travel in Ihraam under shade.
But the holy Imams علیھم السلام
Strictly ordered to travel after wearing Ihraam during daylight.
So even if someone travels during night to avoid sunlight he is infact opposing a strongly emphasized sunnah of travelling during sunlight.
So what shall one do now?
It is faced by every person whosoever travels for Hajj or Umrah.

As Salaamu Alaikum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakatuh,
We hope this answer finds you in high Islamic spirit.
Yes, it is not allowed to have ihraam under a movable shadow, and the solution for this is to travel during nighttime while you are in ihraam. Otherwise, if a person has no choice, they must pay kaffarah for it.
