Salam, My question is regarding the matter of a girl who has committed zina and whether she is regarded as a virgin or not.
i would like to ask why sayyid sistani and sayyid Khoei differ in their opinions on this matter and I would like to ask for the reasoning of each jurist for their conclusion.

According to both Ayatollah Khoei and Ayatollah Sistani, a girl who has lost her virginity due to zina will be considered as a virgin.
