Please, advise if payment of Radd al Mazalim as sadaqa to poor and needy Shia Ithna-Asheri requires the permission of our Marja’ Ayatullah al-Sistani Dama-Dhilluhu or has he authorized his muqallid to do so without seeking his permission.

2. It is permissible to pay the Mehria in installment.
