There is a Persian restaurant in our town, which says it’s meats and foods are halal, and I know one of their chef is bahaei, are they consider as najis, and since I don’t know the specific food I ordered touch with him or not, are we allowed to eat food there?

If someone claims to be a Muslim, but does not believe in  some of the fundamental principles of Al-Islam. They are considered Najis ( Impure).

From Fiqh/Jurisprudence perspective, if you are not sure that the wetness of the impure person’s hand has  touched your food. It is permissible.
