In USA, so many peoples used to get their hairs died from hair saloon which are mostly (Edit non muslims) which apparently not aware about Nagis/pak although their utensil used to prepare the solution is also Nagis , is it recommended to do like that or not, moreover when the hair died is complete, the black hairs will be Nagis or after taking shower it becomes pak.
