As salam o Alaikum,
I wanted to know if it’s ok to use halal nail polish (breathable nail polish that lets water and air pass) during wudhu and ghusl?

One must ascertain that water reaches all areas necessary for Ghusl/Wudhu, this may not occur completely if one has the nails covered with nail polish, and with any uncertainty and doubt then one must remove the polish before performing Ghusl/Wudhu.
