If a person commits a sin such as smoking marijuana or dancing and listening to music and he can’t stop this but tries to do other good deeds like stay on his prayer and give as much zakah as possible and do other good deeds , will he be saved from jahanam ?

Each person will be accountable for their actions on the Day of Judgement. So, those who sin will be punished for them unless they repent to Allah SWT. And those who do good deeds will be rewarded for it.
