Salam un alaykum brother,
I am a muqalldid of syed Syed sistani and had a question for Sh. Fadhel al sahlani.
Can a muslim man married (nikah) to a muslim woman do mutah
with an ahle kitab woman (christian and jews etc.) without the permission of his permanent muslims wife?

Salamun Alaikum! Hope you are doing well. We are sorry for replying you late.
You are not allowed to do Mutaa’h with a woman of Ahlul Kitab without permission from your wife
