Salam,There is something that has been bothering me and i dont know what to do. I got my nikkah done and i love my husband but he doesn’t want me to apply any makeup not even lip balm. I wear a proper hijab i wear it all the time at weddings too i wore it even at my own nikkah. Im the only girl in my entire family who wears it by family i dont mean just family i mean my entire relatives. Sometimes they look down on me but that doesnt bother me but now that he doesnt want me to apply anything on my face and im never been a girl to apply a lot of makeup i always keep it natural as if its nothing. Sometimes i look sick and all those women who are all ready witb heavy makeuo makes me feel under confident i feel looked down by them i feel ugly. even though i agreed with him with my own choice but now i feel suffocated every time i talk to him about how i feel around orher girls he just say no he thinks im going against him. i know makeup isnt allowed but if you are being humiliated by your own family and relatives and u feel bad about yourself then want we just do it. Is it okay to force your wife like that? Doesn\’t Allah says to understand each other? Please tell me what should i do what should i tell my husband. And my intentions are never to attract anyone
