What is the ruling on leather car seats?  If one gets wet and sits on the seat, is it najis?

Hope you are well. We apologize for the delay. If the leather is natural and animal taken from it are not slaughtered on the Islamic way, then it is NAJIS and the one touches it with moisture is NAJIS too.
