I am a muqallida of Ayatullah Sistani But still on Fatwas of Ayatullah Al Khoi (rahimahullah).
My question is most of the things in the household that we use like perfumes, meet, rashan, things in the refrigerator like cheese likewise stay more than a year.
I make the intention that I am including all those things which I might be missing. I usually guestimate the value and give khums on a specific day in a year. usually, try to overestimate to avoid any obligation, keeping in mind that khums can be more than 20%.
my question is do I need to take permission from wakeel to do so? if yes what to do to correct all those past years?
