While I was at work, my wife left without my consent and then changed her phone number. We had problems with mehram-na mehram issues, and her family is not following these islamic rules; my wife\’s sister\’s husband touches her shoulder/neck and sometimes sits/stands very close to her; I objected to this with my wife, and she discussed it with her mother, who took it lightly and said he is an  elder brother; however, this happens again and again whenever we meet at her parents\’ house.
Second, her parents want my wife to work / job in order to support them financially, but I refuse to let my wife to work (she used to work and look after her home financially before we married). I told her last week that I won\’t leave you alone at your parents\’ house because your parents don\’t say anything when he touches you, I will take you there with me, will not leave you there and she is afraid that from now on, I won\’t take her to her house, and we won\’t go to her sister\’s house because of her sister\’s husband.
I have no contact with her for 18 days, and when I tried to call her mother, she rejected my call after being picked up. I received a call from Molana / Wakeel from her side, saying that your wife wants a divorce and that she doesn\’t want to live with you, (here I want to tell you that we had no major issues,  we loved each other and were very happy, but we only fought over these issues, which my wife understood but her mother brainwashed
i do not want to end this relationship on these basis. she contacted molana for khula who contacted me and i said everything and asked that i want to meet her in front of you so you can clear that whatever her sister\’s husband does are not good in islam, my question is, what can happen if i do not give divorce to her. i want to discuss this matter with religious Molana / Hakim e Shara but her family only asked to divorce her immediately. will this a sin if i do not give divorce to her
