aslamu alikum,
I wanted to know if it is permissible to have henna on one\’s hands, or jewlery when outside? I heard that it was considered zeena and that it should not be worn outside. I wanted to make sure of that and know the ruling on this topic

As Salaamu Alaikum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakatuh,

We hope this answer reaches you in good health and Islamic spirit.

Based on your specific question and information provided.

It is Mubah ( Permissible / Optional ) to do Zeena ( beautify yourself ). However, it is not permissible in front of a non-Mahram.
