Salam,
Do you, gentlemen, answer questions on behalf of Sayed Ali Sistani? And are you, gentlemen, representatives for Sayed Ali Sistani when it comes to answering Islamic questions?

Also i have another question to ask, if Mr. Tom makes money in a halal manner or takes out loans from non-Muslim banks or from non-Muslim finance providers who are not banks,

My question is, does Mr. Tom have to know if the money he is receiving is halal money from the sender’s point of view, or, Is it as simple as, as long as the money Mr. Tom makes or receives as a loan is both done in a halal manner, then knowing how the senders make their money before they send it over to Mr. Tom would be irrelevant and not islamically important?

And doesn’t make the money Mr. Tom receives haram if Mr. Tom didn’t find out or didn’t investigate if the money he’s receiving is halal money from the sender’s point of view.
please Respond In Depth If Possible.

As Salaamu Alaikum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakatuh,
We hope this answer finds you in high Islamic spirit.
Yes, we are the representative of Ayatollah Sistani in the United States of America.
As far as the money is concerned, it is not necessary to know the source of the money of the sender.
