Assalaamoe wa 3alaykoem wa rahmatoelahi wa barakatoeh.
I have a few questions and desperately looking forward to your feedback.

Can a moslim woman give herself talaq and act up on it without receiving talaq from her husband? Is she allowed to take away the children from the father while the kids and father always had a good relation? Is a moslim woman allowed to expose the kids to a new man while she is not divorced? Is a moslim woman permitted to reject islamic consulting and choose koefar law to persecute moslim husband? Does moslim husband have the right to attack such a woman and family who supported this woman in her unjust? What right does the husband have and what would be advisable?

Djazakallah ghair

Kind regards,

Hamza

As Salaamu Alaikum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakatuh,
We hope this answer finds you in high Islamic spirit.

  1. No.
  2. Custody of children depends on age: up to 2 years, the mother has the right; for girls, it is recommended to stay with the mother up to age 7; after that, custody goes to the father.
