I run my own private clinic.
I take fee from my patient and after getting my fee ‘ i prescribe medicine to my patient.
Patient then buys these medication which i have advised him.
There are numerous medical companies.
If i write medicine of a specific company then the company in response of this will give me some money.
For example if actual price of the medicine is 50 riyaal and company is earning 10 riyaal then the company will give me 5 riyaal. For writing their medicine.
So is it permissible for me to take these 5 riyaal.
Keeping in mind that
1.the medicine i am advising is definitely needed for the treatment.
2. No extra money will be charged from the patient
3. Medicine i am advising is as good as anyother company to my experience and my knowledge.
4. No harm to the patient is given if i take those 5 riyaal from the company.

Please guide me .
