is it true that sayyed khoei says cat hair is ok to pray with?
if not, can we refer to sayyed fadluALLAH who says is ok ?

Sayyid Al-Khoei didn’t allow to pray with any part of any animal which is not allowed to eat including cat\’s hair. In this case, no, we cannot refer to any Marja who passed away.
