A Noha artist in Pakistan said in his Qaseeda that on the time of battle of Khyber , Hazrat Ali r.a was on another city and when Prophet s.a.w calls Ali r.a , he came in no time from another city, Is this miracle authentic?

As Salaamu Alaikum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakatuh,
Jurists specialize in Islamic Law / Fiqh / Jurisprudence. Taqlid is only allowed in Islamic acts (except in those matters which are considered by all to be indisputable).
In matters of Aqidah (creed), Ethics/Morals, science of Hadith, Tafsir, History, one should ask the specialists / experts in their respected fields, and perform their own due diligence, it is recommended to get few opinions before formulating an opinion on your own. There is No Taqlid in these matters.
These type of question(s) have two main parts. One is related to Aqidah and the other is related to History (recorded / official History and unrecorded / unofficial History).
From Aqidah point of view. Is it something possible? Your answer will depend on the Marifah, and knowledge / understanding of the position of an Imam (as). ( Refer to the Holy Qur’an, there are many extra ordinary events related to the representatives of Allah(awj)). If something is (or it has a bases) in the Qur’an- It is possible.
Did a particular event happen?
Based on history, you need to review the history of this event to determine if a particular event did take place. In this regard you will get the view of few specialists in history or science of hadith. (No Taqlid).
