A question regarding temporary marriage contractCategory: QuestionsA question regarding temporary marriage contract

I am a 38 year old Muslim from Sudan, I am married, my wife has been away from me for a exactly a year now, I do not want to commit adultery, I work all day and fast but still have urges.
My questions are, can I engage in a temporary Marriage with a Christian or Jewish women?
How do I perform the oral spoke marriage contract between me and the willing women?
Do I need witnesses when performing the oral spoken temporary contract?
Do I have to say tallaq three times when the contract expires or does it just expire as per the agreed period?
Does my wife the mother of my children need to know or should I not tell her?
Thank you for much for educating me to stay away from sins and keep ALLAH happy.
Salam alaikum.

As Salaamu Alaikum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakatuh,

Based on your specific question and information provided.

From the Jurisprudence Perspective:

If he has a Muslim wife, temporary marriage with an Ahlul Kitab woman is not permissible without her consent; nay, even with her consent, it is not permissible, based on compulsory precaution.
