السلام عليكم.
هل عقد الزواج في مؤسسة الخوئي في امريكا يكون كافيا من ناحيه شرعيه وقانونيه بدون الذهاب الى محكمه أمريكيه؟

It is necessary to get the legal certificate from the official court. In the other hand, the Shar’e marrige has to be signed by Shaikh and done in the center.
