Alsalam Alikum, I’d like to ask if you could supply me with a COVID vaccine exemption form due to religious reasons. I am not sure if the vaccine contains pig flesh or other non-halal material so I do not want to take it. My school is requiring a letter of exemption from my celery member. Please let me know if this is something you could provide.
