is noor al jabal chicken halal certified? Can we consume it? Can we buy it from restaurant depot owned by a non Muslim ?

Salamun Alaikum! Hope you are doing well. We are sorry for replying you late.
You need to make sure if it is halal by calling to the slaughter house and asking them questions for satisfaction that the chickens were slaughtered according to the Sharia rules.
If the seller is a Muslim and he says it is halal. We don’t have any system to check products ingredients and meat processing.
