With hearts resigned to the decree of Almighty Allah and filled with profound sorrow and grief, the Al-Khoei Foundation mourns the passing of the eminent religious authority, Grand Ayatollah Sheikh Muhammad Ishaq Al-Fayyadh (may his soul be sanctified)

He was one of the most distinguished scholars of the Hawza of Najaf al-Ashraf and among the foremost students of the late leader of the religious seminary, Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Abu al-Qasim al-Khoei (may his soul be sanctified).
Having lived a blessed life devoted to serving Islam and Muslims, spreading the knowledge of the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them), and nurturing generations of scholars, he has now departed to the mercy of his Lord.
The late marjaʿ was a firm pillar of the religious seminary and a source of scholarly excellence. He embodied piety, asceticism, sincerity, and humility. Renowned for the breadth of his knowledge and his dedication to his religious mission, he united jurisprudence with ethics and service to religion with service to humanity.
His Eminence leaves behind a tremendous scholarly legacy of books, research, and academic contributions. His blessed influence will continue to inspire and endure through the school of the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them) and throughout the Muslim Ummah.
On the passing of this great marjaʿ and distinguished scholar, we extend our deepest condolences to the Imam of our Time (may Allah hasten his reappearance), to the supreme religious authority in Najaf al-Ashraf, to the religious seminaries, to the believers worldwide, and to the noble family and students of the deceased.
We pray to Almighty Allah to envelop him in His vast mercy, grant him a spacious abode in Paradise, gather him with the Pure Imams, and bestow upon all those who mourn him patience, fortitude, and abundant reward.
Indeed, we belong to Allah, and indeed to Him we shall return.
