Salam Alaikom Brother,
Please let me know when should I do the prayer if the person was buried at 13:00 in Afghanistan and I am in Denver? Should it do the prayer in Denver night or Afghanistan night ?

Salat al-Wahsha is recommended to be prayed according to the time of burial (dafn), and there is nothing wrong with repeating it after Maghrib in your own time.
