My fiance and I are in a long distance relationship. He hasn\’t supported me or sent me money once in these 4 years. He says he doesn\’t make enough to support me in long distance but will provide for me once we move in together.
I told him to break up if it\’s that hard on him to support me but he doesn\’t do that eaither.
Is that a steong valid reason to give me the woman the right for divorce?

We hope this answer finds you in high Islamic spirit.
If the nikah has been performed and the husband is not supporting his wife financially, and the wife is willing to live with him, but he is not willing to allow her to move in with him, then she has the right to ask for a divorce.
