assalam alaikum maulaana sahab ,
and salaam qibla ,
please meri madad kariye .
i need a very emergency help from you .
need to know whether i must do iddat or not .
mera question ye hai ki mai usa me 3 years se hu .
seperated from husband 3 years back.
i got my seegha from shia scholat maulana on 30 dec 2024 .
is my iddat exist because i have been seperatewd from husband physically from 3 years.
husband is in india from 3 years .
he never sent me any money or any empathy since 3 years .
i took khula from sunni scholar in dec 12 2025 and .
shia seegha was pronounced on 30 december .
while i was in usa and he was in india .
please let me know mujhe IDDAT karni hogi .
