A sunni make from Egypt said he wants a \”contract marriage by a Shaykh or imam without a deadline, dowry, or court marriage license\”…I am a recent Shia Convert who follows the Holy Qur\’an and reject anything that contradicts it…this request almost sounds like a muta without the marriage license but doesnt the Qur\’an stipulate the sacred words and dowry requirements including but not limited to a time deadline.. A permanent image has the court marriage license and requires a court divorce.. what is this brother suggesting seems to be wrong and contradicting the qur\’an. Or am I misunderstanding something. Please advise
