Asalamu Alaikum, I wanted to ask how to perform Sujud as-Shukr? JazakAllah Khair thank you

As Salaamu Alaikum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakatuh,
We hope this answer finds you in high Islamic spirit.
It is simple: go into sujood and say ‘shukran lillah’ as many times as you like. Wudhu and facing the Qiblah are not required, but it is better if a person is in wudhu and faces the Qiblah.
