Void conditions in temporary marriageCategory: QuestionsVoid conditions in temporary marriage

After our initial Mutah contract, we agreed to new terms in a second contract: the marriage was solely to keep things halal until immigration was resolved, it would only end before the specific time upon transitioning to a permanent marriage, I also added the condition that he could only marry me permanently/temporarily and no one else until I’m alive. He explicitly agreed, saying I would be his only wife and that the contract would dissolve only either when the time expires or if we decide to transition into permanent marriage. According to Ayatollah Saeed Al-Hakeem, he cannot marry anyone else, whether permanently or temporarily, during this period. He’s also bound by these conditions, and abandoning the contract without transitioning to agreed conditions if the time period has not expired yet is invalid.
Although he has blocked me by saying I’m free. However the time period of temporary marriage is still remaining (5 years),
Given this, am I still his wife?
