WAY TO PERFORM EID AL-FITR PRAYER.
● Eid Al-Fitr prayer consists of two rak’as. After Surat Al-Fatiha in each rak’a another Surat from the Qur’an is recited; however, it is better to read Surat al-Shams in the former and Surat Al-Ghashiya in the latter, or Surat al-A’la and Surat Al-Shams respectively. After reciting sura in the first rak’a, there are five takbirs followed by five qunuts and in the second rak’a, four takbirs with four qunuts. Any supplications or prayers will suffice in the qunuts, like the other prayer, but it is better to read a special supplication as below, then continue the prayer.
● The Qunut:
اللّهُمّ أَهْلَ الْكِبْرِيَاءِ وَالْعَظَمَةِ،
Allā-Humma Ahlal-Kibriyāi Wal-žamah,
O Allah: You are the Lord of glory and greatness,
وَأَهْلَ الْجُودِ وَالْجَبَرُوتِ
Wa-Ahlal-Jūdi Wal-Jabarūt,
And the Lord of magnanimity and omnipotence,
وَأَهْلَ الْعَفْوِ وَالرّحْمَةِ
Wa-Ahlal-Âfwi War-Rahmah,
And the Lord of pardon and mercy,
وَأَهْلَ التّقْوَى وَالْمَغْفِرَةِ
Wa-Ahlat-Taqwa Wal-Mağhfirah,
And the worthiest of being feared and the Lord of forgiveness,
أَسْأَلُكَ بِحَقّ هذَا الْيَوْمِ الّذِي جَعَلْتَهُ لِلْمُسْلِمِينَ عِيداً
As-Aluka Bihaqqi Hażal-Yawm, Al-Lażi Jaâltahu Lil-muslimēna îīdā,
I beseech You in the name of this day, which You have decided to be feast for the Muslims,
وَلِمُحَمّدٍ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِه ذُخْرَاً وَشَرَفَاً وَكَرَامَةً وَمَزِيداً
Wali-Muhammadin Šallal-Ĺahu Âlayhi Wa-Ālihi Żuķhran Wa-Sharafan Wa-Karāmatan Wa-Mazidā,
And to be safety and increasing honor for Muhammad—peace of Allah be upon him and his Household,
أَنْ تُصَلّيَ عَلَى مُحَمّدٍ وَآلِ مُحَمّدٍ
An Tušalliya Âla Muhammadin Wa-Āli Muhammad,
(I beseech You) that You may send blessings upon Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad,
وَأَنْ تُدْخِلَنِي فِي كُلّ خَيْرٍ أَدْخَلْتَ فِيهِ مُحَمّداً وَآلَ مُحَمّدٍ
Wa-An Tud-ķhelani Fi Kulli Ķhayrin Ad-ķhalta Fihi Muhammadan Wa-Āla Muhammad,
And You may include me with every item of goodness with which You have included Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad,
وَأَنْ تُخْرِجَنِي مِنْ كُلِّ سُوءٍ أَخْرَجْتَ مِنْهُ مُحَمّداً وَآلَ مُحَمّدٍ صَلَوَاتُكَ عَلَيْهِ وَعَلَيْهِمْ
Wa-An Tuķh-rejani Min Kulli Sū•in Aķhrajta Minhu Muhammadan Wa-Āla Muhammadin Saĺawātuka Âlaihi Wa-Âlaihim.
And that You save me from any item of evil from which You have saved Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad, may Your blessings be upon him and upon them.
اللّهُمّ إِنّي أَسْأَلُكَ خَيْرَ مَا سَأَلَكَ عِبَادُكَ الصَّالِحُونَ
Allahumma Inni As-aluka Ķhaira Mā Sa-alaka Îbādukas-Sālihun,
O Allah: I pray You for the best of all that for which Your righteous servants have prayed You,
وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِمَّا اسْتَعَاذَ مِنْهُ عِبَادُكَ المُخْلِصُوْنَ
Wa-Aûżu Bika Mim-mas-ta-āżha Minhu Îbādukal-Muķhlisõn.
And I seek Your protection against all that against which Your righteous servants have asked Your protection.
● After completion the prayer, say the famous
Tasbih Al-Zahra’ (AS).
● Narrations have mentioned many supplications to be said after the `Eid Prayer; rather the best of them may be the forty-fifth supplication of Al-Sahifah Al-Kamilah Al-Sajjadiyyah.
كيفية إداء صلاة عيد الفطر
صلاة عيد الفطر هي واجبة في زمان حضور الإمام المعصوم مع اجتماع الشرائط، لكنها مستحبة جماعة وفرادى في زمان الغيبة.
وكيفيتها: ركعتان تبدأ بتكبيرة الإحرام ويقرأ في كل منهما الحمد وسورة، والأفضل أن يقرأ في الأولى سورة الشمس وفي الثانية سورة الغاشية أو حسب رواية أخرى يقرأ في الأولى سورة الأعلى وفي الثانية سورة الشمس.
ثم يكبّر في الأولى خمس تكبيرات، ويقنت بعد كل تكبير،
وفي الثانية يكبر بعد القراءة أربعاً ويقنت بعد كل تكبير. ثم يكبر تكبيرة الركوع ثم يركع ويسجد.
ويجزي في القنوت ما يجزي في قنوت سائر الصلوات، والأفضل أن يدعو بالمأثور، فيقول في كل واحد منها
اللَّهُمَّ أَهْلَ الكَبْرِياءِ وَالعَظَمَةِ، وَأَهْلَ الجُودِ وَالجَبَرُوتِ، وَأَهْلَ العَفْوِ وَالرَّحْمَةِ، وَأَهْلَ التَّقوى وَالمَغْفِرَةِ، أَسْأَلُكَ بِحَقِّ هذا اليَوْمِ الَّذِي جَعَلْتَهُ لِلْمُسْلِمِينَ عِيْداً، وَلِمُحَمَّدٍ صلىاللهعليهوآله ذُخْراً وشَرَفاً وَكَرَامَةً وَمَزِيداً، أَنْ تُصَلِّيَ عَلى مُحَمَّدٍ وَآلِ مُحَمّدٍ، وَأَنْ تُدْخِلَنِي فِي كُلِّ خَيْرٍ أَدْخَلْتَ فِيْهِ مُحَمَّداً وَآلَ مُحَمَّدٍ، وَأَنْ تُخْرِجَنِي مِنْ كُلِّ سُوءٍ أَخْرَجْتَ مِنْهُ مُحَمَّداً وَآلَ مُحَمَّدٍ صَلَواتُكَ عَلَيْهِ وَعَلَيْهِمْ. اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ خَيْرَ ما سَأَلَكَ عِبادُكَ الصَّالِحُونَ، وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِمّا اسْتَعاذَ مِنْهُ عِبادُكَ المُخلِصُونَ
وبعد إتمام الصلاة يستحب الإتيان
بتسبيحة الزهراء
ثم يأتي الإمام بخطبتين ويستحب حضورهما او استماعهما
