Asalamualikum, I work in a retail store that requires me to work Alchohol, sell through scanning at the tills and stock wines/spirits. This job also includes the handling of pork, lottery and cigarettes. I would like to know the permissibility of me being able to do this job and whether I am able to carry out the duties asked of me. It is not allowed to sell or buy alcohol, wines/spirits, and, pork. The rest is fine. We advise you to change your position so you don’t have to sell these items or quit the job. May Allah help you.
