As Salaamu Alaikum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakatuh,
We hope this answer finds you in high Islamic spirit.
1- If it is certain that the text message was written by the husband and he clearly states that he ends the marriage, then it is acceptable.
2- The ʿiddah in a temporary marriage is two months or two menstrual cycles. So if the marriage ended while she was on her period, the ʿiddah will conclude at the end of the second menstrual cycle.
3- It is not allowed.
