Question:
Could you please suggest if these beauty treatments are allowed?

1. Micro-needling: A semi-permanent technique for enhancing the appearance of the eyebrows, in which pigment is scratched into the skin in fine, short strokes resembling hair, using a hand tool with a blade formed of tiny needles.

2. Eyelash Extensions: semi-permanent fibers that are attached to your natural eyelashes in order to make your lash fringe look longer, fuller, and darker. Individual lash extensions are applied to each of your individual natural eyelashes (one extension per natural eyelash) using a semi-permanent glue.

Any beauty treatment is allowed on two conditions: The first condition is that it has to be performed by a similar gender person. The second condition, It is not supposed to prevent the water from reaching the skin during ghusl and wudhu.
