My husband got married from another women because i refused to meet and talk to her he moved out of our house but he used to come home .we have three kids .he he used to come and go he supports the family financially. However no intimate relation between us. I heard that makes us divorced if no sexual relation even though he comes when ever he wants home sleeps in the house in the other room.i would like to know what shari3a says specially he divorecd the other one and he is coming back home.no intimate relation for more than two years means marriage not standing or what your advice is needed .thx

Hope you are well. We apologize for the delay.
You still his wife. Divorce will be not copmleted until it is done within the Shar’aa procedures even if has no relationship with you.
