Salam Alaikum,
I am currently taking blood thinners two times per day every 12 hours after a blood clot was diagnosed in September. What is the sharia as it relates to this, is it advisable to simply take the medication right before Imsak and right after iftar even if the duration is longer than the every 12 hours direction?
