Asalaam alaikum
If Diyah is not paid to a child who has been hit by parents, can the child forgive the parents instead of accepting the Diyah? What happens if the child does not accept the Diyah?
Do other minor abuses (pulling hair) fall under the ruling of Diyah?

The father and guardian should pay the Diyah for any serious injury or physical or mental loss۔
If the child has grown up then he/she can either accept or forgive Diyah,
If a child harms another minor and it causes injuries then the parents are responsible for the harms or loss by their children to others.
