Asalamu aleykum,

  1. If a woman who says she is christian, but has not been married before, but is not a virgin anymore due to adultery, can i do mutah with her (including intercourse) ? What if she still lives at home, but her parents let her have relationships with whom she herself wants. (they dont know concepts like mutah but they are fine with her having a relationship with whom she herself wants) ?
  2. what exactly is the minimum the woman must understand about mutah to do it with her ?
  3. Is mutah marriage with a Sunni woman permissible, if she herself not neccessarily believes in the concept (or is unaware of it), but she agrees to do the contract to have a relationship ? (notice that many sunni muslim women in the west even have non-marital relationships, and is in that case her fathers agreement neccessary if she is not a virgin anymore but through adultery ?

barak Allahu feekum
