Condemnation of Bombing at Imam Ali

Imam
Al-Khoei Benevolent Foundation, New York unreservedly condemns the killing
of innocent people because of the religious beliefs they espouse.
The bomb
placed in Imam Ali Ridha AS Imambarghah in Karachi on Monday, May 31 by an
unknown cowardly group of murderers is a satanic act that no Muslim would
ever think of carrying out. If a place of worship during the time of prayers
cannot provide safety for Muslims praying to Allah SWT in a Muslim country,
then there is a serious problem with the belief of the perpetrators who
cannot claim to be Muslims at all.
The Prophet
SAWW defined a Muslim from whose hands and tongue another Muslim is safe and
a Muslim is identified by his expression of the testimony of faith. When a
people with firm belief in Allah SWT and the Final Prophet SAWW are engaged
in salaat, there cannot be an iota of doubt about their belief: Al-Islam.
The practice
of killing worshippers of Allah SWT reeks of Jahiliyyah practice for the
murderers instead of praying in a Mosque were waiting to wreak death and
destruction at the time of Maghrib prayers. Enlightened Moderation espoused
by the Government of Pakistan must be seen to put an end to sectarian
murders and the perpetrators dealt with severely within the bounds of
Islamic shari’a.
Imam
Al-Khoei Foundation expresses its condolences to Imam Al-Asr AFS and to the
families of the victims of the wanton carnage in Karachi and prays for the
speedy recovery of the injured victims of the senseless, cowardly act of the
anti-Islamic inimical forces.
Please
remember the dead by reciting Suratul Fatiha for them.
